About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Native Mobile Cross Functional Application developer for our San Diego, CA Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a technical liaison between prospects, clients, digital engineering teams and management.This will be fulltime position with Cigniti.

Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
- Implement and manage localization features within mobile applications.
- Utilize the Kamen platform for seamless integration and enhanced user experience.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Engage in Agile development practices, participating in sprints and stand-up meetings.
- Collaborate with offshore teams for project handoff and delegation of tasks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Xcode and Swift (iOS) or Android Studio and Kotlin (Android).
- Strong knowledge of hybrid technology frameworks such as Cordova, PhoneGap, and Ionic.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and its frameworks.
- Experience with cloud technologies and their integration into mobile applications.
- Previous experience in the benefits outsourcing industry or Health & Insurance is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
